Story
Last year I joint a team to cycle from the west coast of England to the east to raise money for TESFA UK with the aim to build and run a new primary school in the remote village of Kololo, Ethiopia. Thanks to everyone’s contribution we were able to make a real difference to people’s lives. This is a good feeling.
So, when the opportunity arose again this year, I jumped at the chance. Not only did this give me the opportunity to give something back but also act as a stimulant to get back on my bike after a recent move from Birmingham to Basingstoke.
This year, it was decided that we choose a charity closer to home. A name that continued to rise to the top was MacMillan Cancer Support.

So on 24 May I will be leaving the comfort of my bed to join a team of approximately twenty people to cycle the 145miles from Fishguard to Swansea. The route follows the Celtic trail, following the south west cost of Wales.
As this is something I gain from, I will be meeting my cost for travel and accommodation. Therefore anything you give will go directly to the charity.
I therefore kindly aske that make a pledge on my JustGiving site and wish me luck.

Mark Searle
