The CBRE Munich to Trieste Cycle Challenge · 9 May 2013

We are the only UK charity dedicated to supporting those affected by the rare disease pulmonary hypertension. Our mission is to provide support and information, fund research and promote awareness to help people live better lives with PH.

Story

My personal charity is PHA  http://www.phassociation.uk.com/
The PHA UK is the only charity in the UK dedicated to people affected by pulmonary hypertension (PH).  PH is a serious life-limiting condition.  Many people are unaware of the condition and it can take several years to reach an accurate diagnosis of PHA.  All money raised for PHA UK goes towards improving the lives of people with PH and to raise awareness of the condition.

My family and I have been supporters for a number of years, particularly as it has been instrumental in helping Susan, my wife, with life-saving medication and support.  As I am sure you can appreciate, I am keen to help raise funds whenever I can.

Whoever said "no pain, no gain" has a lot to answer for and this will no doubt be my mantra over the next few weeks.

Any donation you can make, however small, would be very much appreciated not only on a personal level by me and my family, but also by this amazing life saving and life enhancing charity.

Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure. Your details are safe with JustGiving – they’ll never sell them on or send unwanted emails. So please dig deep and donate now.

With my very best wishes and thanks

 Mark
