I have now completed the Marthon Des Sables dubbed the ‘The Toughest Footrace on Earth’.

I ran and walked covering 243km/151 miles, run over 6 days - equivalent to 5 1/2 regular marathons.

Please Give Generously  as i have given blood sweat and tears to complete this race!
