Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

I'm taking on a summer of fitness challenges to better myself and raise money for the RJAH Orthopaedic Hospital in Gobowen, Oswestry.

Since getting to know the clinical staff, management and volunteers at the hospital I've been inspired by the skill, passion and expertise of those involved to fix the patients in their care.

The seven events I'll be taking on this summer are:

• RJAH Swimathon 2020 
• Liverpool Half Marathon - 15 March
• Whitchurch 10k - 5 April
• Wilmslow Triathlon - 19 April
• Whitchurch Triathlon - 14 June
• Ellesmere 10k - 25 August
• Ellesmere Triathlon - 6 Sept 

To achieve this challenge I've needed to buy a bike and purchase a wet suit. I must learn to swim in open water and over come my fear of cycling on the roads. And to give myself the best chance to succeed I'm living alcohol free for twelve months.
