Hi,

On the 3rd November 2012 I will be taking part in HellRunner Up North at Delamere Forest Park.
HellRunner is over multi-terrain and there is everything from running tracks and trails to water-filled areas and plenty of steep hills. It will be nature at its toughest. The course will be probably more than 10 and less than 12 miles in length but with what they have in store for us, no one is counting!!!

I am running for NSPCC which is a charity I have always admired. Please dig into those wallets/purses and in some cases, no names, cobwebbed filled pockets and make a donation. Every £1 matters.
