I'll be taking part in the Goodison Park Zip Slide on Monday 2 May, for Everton in the Community. This involves a Krypton Factor assault course-style aerial slide from the top of the Main Stand to the bottom of the Bullens Road - quite a distance I can assure you!

I appreciate this is hardly the London Marathon or the Three Peaks Challenge, and that Everton in the Community is probably of minimal relevance to most of you, but I only have a small minimum target to achieve, so if you feel able to contribute in any way I will be very grateful.

Everton in the Community is a registered charity that delivers a range of programmes to promote health, education, social inclusion and equality of opportunity. All funds raised will be invested back into Everton in the Community to help them to continue a stronger, more active Community presence.
