No one can disagree the air ambulance does tremendous work saving people who are desperately ill . Each mission cost £2,500 and it's funded by charitable donations.

Please donate something. I know I'm not doing something as hard as running a marathon and the day will be a pleasure rather than an endurance.  Those that know me well will be aware I have problems with the bones in my hands. Although I've modified my bike and am having physiotherapy, I may have to abort the run if it becomes too painful to ride. Donate in that knowledge please, but I will do my upmost to finish!!

Finally, why not go along to the Family Fun Day at the finish line; at Harwich Green. There's live band, food, lots of bikes to look at & me!!!.
