Following on from my LELOG last year in support of Winston's Wish, (https://www.justgiving.com/fundraising/markwblejog2018), I have been fortunate enough to gain a place with Team Winston's to partake in the Brighton Marathon.

Brighton Marathon is one of the big ones,. I'm not sure what to expect. but I am looking forward to it. 

Training has been a bit touch and go. I sprained my right
ankle on day one of official marathon training. (tripped in a hole). Then I
sprained the same ankle on the inside (Eversion sprain) snowboarding 2 weeks ago. Anyway I think I am alright. I rested for 2 weeks, and did Warwick half at the weekend and managed a 1h43 course pb with not much grumbling from the ankle. Feels OK today so I’m back onto full time training. I wore my WW running top and got as few recognitions from the spectators which is always good.
