Story

Fifty years ago I was a student at Imperial College, London. Examinations were approaching and the pressure was mounting for us all. Just before those examinations started I watched as a fellow student commit suicide and it has haunted me every since.

The boy, who was my age, was struggling with his work and was certain he would fail his degree and bring shame on his whole family. The boy did not know where to turn to, to talk someone in his hour need and the rest is sadly history.

I can't change history but if I can help the Samaritans by fund raising to save just one life then it will one more family who won't suffer the hurt of such a tragic loss.

Please support me and give what you can
