Cycling from London to Paris has been on my bucket list for a long time, and now I've hit the big 60 it's time to do it. I'll be joined by a group of guys of a similar vintage so lets hope we have the energy.

My wife Pene supports this great charity - Children's Hospice South West - by working with them and visiting their local Devon hospice. She loves the people involved and they do wonderful work helping over 500 families across Devon, Somerset and Cornwall by providing hospice care for children with life-limiting conditions. The care they provide is wide ranging, from respite and short breaks, to emergency, palliative and end of life care.
