Three year old Charlie has Hypotonia (low muscle tone) and Dystonia (high muscle tone) muscle disorders which have left him unable to sit, walk or talk. The family hope to raise £20,000 to send Charlie to NAPA Centre in Los Angeles, USA for intensive physiotherapy, occupational therapy and speech and language therapy.
