For the last few years I have been fundraising for Prostate Cancer UK by riding my bicycle to Amsterdam. I have met many people on my journey who have become friends and heard sad stories, brave stories and even funny stories. 

Every 45 minutes a man dies from this killer disease we aim to get men to talk about this horrible disease and to have a check. It's  a curable disease and so many deaths are unnecessary.I have given up my time to help through various activities the cause of Prostate Cancer UK and I ask that you donate to this cause. It affects 1 in 8 men so if you don't already know a sufferer you probably will.
