On 15 July, Graham and I will be running the British 10K for Starfish Greathearts Foundation, an international development charity which aims to bring life, hope and opportunity to children in southern Africa who have been orphaned or made vulnerable through HIV/AIDS. One of my running goals this year was to give back more - hopefully my enjoyment of running can actually cause some positive change in the world.
