Hey all

For those of you that know me well, the idea of me putting on some running shoes and attacking the open road is madness!!! However, this year I am taking up the challenge of doing the Great North Run - a crazy 13.2 miles!!!

I am running for Marie Curie Cancer Care in memory of my Grandad who died in their Bradford Hospice in 2004. The work this organisation does is amazing and I will never forget how well they treat my Grandad and tried to make him as comfortable as possible through his final days.

I would therefore ask you to dig deep. Any donations towards this worthy cause would be gratefully appreciated.
