I am hoping to complete the Yorkshire 3 peaks on 27/06/09 - this involves climbing up (and down!) Pen-y-ghent, Whernside and Ingleborough in 12 hours. I'm doing this in the aid of Macmillan Cancer Support who provide valuable help and care for cancer sufferers. My family, along with many others, have been helped the fantastic job that the Macmillan nurses do. So for 12 hours (he says wishfully) of pain, I hope that we can raise some pennies for this valuable cause - even if its only the price of a pint (£2.50), it all adds up!
