I've just done a whole 2hour meeting whilst riding a static bike. Gosh I can barely walk!

Yesterday we did 15 miles and today I am a little saddle sore! The funniest bit was when I got off the Tandem without Mark noticing. He rode off and didn't notice until he was half way round the block!! Mark and I are riding this Tandem to try and raise funds for Alice Charity. Alice are doing a fantastic job of supporting disadvantaged and vulnerable families but as I am sure you can imagine demand is increasing and many of their normal income streams have been badly affected by Covid-19 so if you can sponsor us, we would be really grateful.
