I am trekking the Himalayas to raise money for Marie Curie, The charity is one close to my heart as at the end of my grans life they cared for her , I also had the pleasure of working for the charity! £20 pays for an hour of nurses care at the end of someone's life. Being up close and personal with the amazing work the nurses , doctors , cleaners, catering and admin staff do and seeing what everyone else does to make everything special for patients is what drives me to do this.
