The walk take place on September it is local walk in osmotherley about 3.4 miles it takes you past the youth hostel up to green lane than past High Cote to high lane along there we take the Gallops to come down back to osmotherley past green lane into the valley up Paul's Steps into osmotherley.

last year i been diagnosed  having a Tumor  growing on my
spine which wrapped itself around L1 and L2  due to this i had
the tumor removed and had Laminectomy  ( spinal decompression
with bone removal } and Durotomy  ( unintended tears of the dura
mater ) or thou it was not cancer i as the tumor  was not cancer
Melenoma it was benign Melanocytoma i like to support Macmillan and
future to come. 

There for i a have organised this walk which is a local  of  3.4 miles total ascent 188m.
