I work for a fantastic organisation called mothers2mothers (m2m). m2m is working across ten African nations with a vision to create health, hope and an HIV future.

Since our founding in 2001, m2m has employed over 11,000 women living with HIV as frontline health workers called Mentor Mothers. To date, these Mentor Mothers have reached more than 11 million women and children under age two with life-changing health services.

This year, m2m has achieved virtual elimination of mother to child transmission of HIV among our clients for the 6^th year in a row. This is a testament to the incredible work of our Mentor Mothers who walk for miles to ensure they reach their clients with vital health services.

Your support will help to ensure children are born HIV free. But it doesn't stop there. As well as working with pregnant mothers, m2m is working in communities to ensure nurturing care during early childhood development, and to support and empower adolescents to get the best start in life.
