When I registered for the Lendwithcare 500km Vietnam cycle challenge I was filled with trepidation at the same time excitement as I had not been on a bike since I was in my teens and I thought that well you are never to old to try something new.

It will be a great opportunity to visit new places, while raising money for a great charity that give people an opportunity to help themselves, and challenge myself at the same time.
