To commemorate our 80th anniversary, we are launching a year-long campaign of challenges and events. It is our wonderful community who help make a real difference for people living with arthritis across the UK. Thank you for taking part.

Story

I am the Dietitian for Arthritis Action and I help people live better lives while managing the pain caused by arthritis.

This April, I will strap up my knees - to mimic the limited movement caused by osteoarthritis in the knees and walk 80 miles.
