In an effort to raise awareness, I will be trekking 100km in high altitudes along the Andean Volcanoes in Ecuador.  I am undertaking this challenge with a group of 80 to 100 employees of HSBC Bank.  Each participant will be raising money to support their favorite Mental Health charity.
