The 2.6 Challenge is a simple and fun way for everyone to do their bit to help save the UKs charities.

Story

Headway Birmingham and Solihull has had a massive influence on Martin's life these past 10 years. Going to Headway each week has helped Martin relearn vital skills as well as introduce him to a wonderful set of people who always support not only Martin but our whole family.

Usually at this time of year we try and fundraise for Headway, but as we are currently isolating our options seemed limited. That is, until we came up with a brilliant idea!

Martin has agreed to walk around our Cricket Pitch, 2.6 times. If you know Martin and journey that he has been on as he's had to relearn how to walk after his brain injury 11 years ago, you know what a massive challenge this is for him.

The walk will be split between 4 days and his support team will be closely behind him with claps (Alice), cheers (Sophie) and a chair for rests (that's my job!). We'd all really appreciate your support and donations!
