Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

Strava lists Post Hill as 0.12km long with 63m of climb, creating an average gradient of 51%. I have used this as a training hill for other races in the past but am trying to create my own challenge for the August Bank Holiday Sunday. Everest is 8848m of climb and I am going to run 144*63m up and down Post Hill to emulate this total elevation gain starting at midnight on Sunday 28th August. I will break this down into 12 sections of 12 reps with a short rest of 2-5 mins after each 12. This will hopefully take 16-20hrs based on my training runs so far. I have provisionally guestimated £1 per rep as a total fundraising target.
