In October 2013 we were delighted to win a BIFM Award which was presented to us by the BIFM Chair, Ismena Clout.  2 Weeks after the event Ismena called me to congratulate us for our award, which she didn't have to do - she was just that kind of person

Like everyone who met or knew Ismena we were extremely saddened to hear that her battle with cancer had ended - and also like many, truly in awe and inspired by the way she dealt with this challenge, becoming avid followers of her blog, tweets and occaional appearance in the Sun.

When Graham, Steve and myself entered this event we had not planned to align ourselves with any charity, but now think it apt to try and raise money for a great cause which we know was very close to Ismena's heart
