We provide quality of life to autistic adults and children

Story

I haven't run a 10k for more than 2 years.  Until May 2018, I was running 5ks, 10ks, and half marathons on a fairly regular basis but I then suffered a nasty injury which stopped me running for 6 months.

I've struggled to get back into running more than 5k since then.  The Ellis-Fermor & Negus October challenge for Autism East Midlands is going to change that!

During the next few weeks, to raise money for Autism East Midlands, I am going to challenge myself to train and increase the distance that I can run so that I can run two decent 10ks in October - one on Wednesday 14 October and another on Saturday 31 October.

Please donate generously to support this great cause.  Autism East Midlands do fantastic work with children and adults in our region.  Every penny raised will help them to continue providing all of their care and support services.
