Dear Friends

So we have arrived at a special moment. It is now 4 years since Stacey passed away. And also it is the 10th anniversary of the British 10K run.

And so it is also the last time that Erica and I will be running this race in honour of my darling wife and to raise funds for the Astrofund, the only charity in the UK that continues to raise money for research into finding a cure for low-grade gliomas - brain tumours.

Therefore I ask you to once more to dig deep to remember this amazing girl who was a daughter, a mother, a sister, a friend, a professional, a hero, a fighter and the most amazing wife any lucky man could ever wish for.

She was and always will be the pillar of strength that provides me with a reason to continue and succeed every day of my life. Taken cruelly from us at the tender age of 31, her life had just begun. But she lived life to the full and I thank g-d every day for every minute we had together.

And she was a miracle maker herself. She made my beautiful son. And as the bible says that g-d made man in His image so Stacey made Natan in hers. 

We should all be as fortunate as her in the way we conduct ourselves through this short stay we have in this world.

Finally on a personal level I want to say thank you to Erica who deals daily with her own issues, quietly and honourably and yet still finds the time to continue to support me with training and so much more.
