Hello, I am running the London Marathon this April to raise funds for the Friends of the Charter School. The Charter is a community school in Dulwich, southeast London, which was set up in 2000. The money will go towards a new mini-bus which will be used across the curriculum for school trips and by the school’s increasingly successful rugby, football, cross country and netball teams (to name but a few). The Friends need to raise a further £3,500 to buy the mini-bus and this marathon will hopefully go some way to helping them reach their target. The money will make a huge difference to these young people and will be very gratefully received. Thank you.
