I'm very conscious of fundraising fatigue and haven't asked since the London Olympic Marathon in 2017 (as the Incredible Hulk).  I really value your sponsorship and as a paratrooper you'd expect me to be able to run 13 miles.  So to earn your well earned cash I'm going to carry a washing machine on my back for the whole event.  Subsequently your sponsorship is greatly appreciated in return for my pain (and likely finishing off my knees for good).
