I have dug out my old trusty 1970's Raleigh and it cleaned up nicely (see picture)... ready for the 100k bike ride on September 17th.

It has been twenty years since I have ridden a bike, but I have the finish line in sight. The bike has been serviced and is ready for what is rumoured to be a grueling cross country sprint with 16 of KFH's finest riders. However, should my training fail me, I do have a back up plan, and that is to ride pillion with Robert M (shhhhhhh... he doesn't know this yet!!).
