There's a big crew taking part in the Kiltwalk this year, raising funds to support the vital work that theGKexperince do supporting young people and their families.
theGKexperience work long-term with young people helping them overcome barriers due to disadvantage and inequality. They provide outdoor residential experiences, local groups, a young leader programme & 1-1 support, increasing mental/physical health, confidence, leadership skills and creating positive community.
£150 could pay for a young person to attend a residential experience, reducing isolation, making friends and developing confidence.
£100 could pay for a month of mentoring
£75 could pay for clothes and equipment
£50 could pay for food at local groups
£25 could pay for education and/or employability support
