Thanks for taking the time to visit this page and read up about the challenge!
To raise money, I will be gaming for 24 hours from Thursday 10th November - Friday 11th November. In addition to this, every hour I will complete a challenge, forfeit or handicap submitted by you.
My Story:
You have probably seen people in the past cycling miles or running marathons for their chosen charity and all manner of good causes. However, I will be the first to admit I don't really do much running or cycling, but I still want to make a difference and contribute what I can to such a fantastic cause.
My dad unfortunately was diagnosed with bowel cancer some time ago and during his treatment and fight against this horrible condition, Macmillan did an excellent job of making his struggle as comfortable as they could!
Regrettably my dad is no longer with us, but I'll always remember the good times and many of those were spent competitively racing through career mode on Gran Turismo or Colin McRae and even crushing him on Call of Duty.
With this in mind, as soon as I heard about Macmillan's game changer fund raising event, I thought it would be the perfect thing to do to raise money! I will also be taking part in this event with my friend Dean Piper, who will be teaming up with me online to make it a more entertaining 24 hour gaming session!
Please sponsor me and give what you can to help make a real difference through the power of gaming! Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure. Your details are safe with JustGiving and once you donate, they’ll send your money directly to the charity. So it’s the most efficient way to donate – saving time and cutting costs for the charity

My Pledge:
I pledge to game for 24 hours straight (except for short snack and toilet breaks) to do my bit for the Macmillian Game Changer Challenge.
I have chosen to play Call of Duty and so I pledge to do my very best to get as many kills, wins and games played within this 24 hours as possible.
I pledge to provide regular updates on games and my progress throughout the 24 hours, this will be done via here and my facebook event page.
I pledge to complete at least 1 challenge or forfeit every hour during the gaming session. Donations of £20 or more will get their challenge prioritised.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Ways you can donate and sponsor me:
You can donate to this cause via my JustGiving page. As I will be playing call of duty, there are a couple of options for you to pledge and donate to my gaming sesssion:
1) Pledge to sponsor me per kills. You can pledge here to sponsor me a certain amount per kill - e.g 5p per kill. **
2) Pledge to sponsor me per game or per win. You can pledge here to sponsor me a certain amount per game or per game I win - e.g £1 per game or win. **
3) Finally, you can pledge to donate and sponsor me for the whole session. This can be done prior to the gaming session and will go straight to the JustGiving donation page.
** All sessions will be recorded and totalled up at the end of the session, you can then donate the total amount after the session has finished.

The Challanges & Forfiets:
To keep things interesting, I pledge that any single person who chooses to donate £20 or more for the 24 hour gaming session can set a challenge/forfeit for me to complete during one match on Call of Duty (within reason)
E.g Bite a lemon for the entire game or wear an eye patch for the entire game.
This challenge will be completed to the best of my ability and I will post all challenges here for you to view.
In addition to this, anybody that makes a donation can suggest a challenge or forfeit for consideration. I will add a voting system on the facebook page and everyone can vote as to which one of these I do next - However, £20+ donations will get their challenge done first - And I will complete every £20+ challenge submitted, however for the other suggestions, if I run out of time, I run out of time.
