In 2017 there were 5,821 suicides registered in the uk, sadly my brother Ryan was one of them. He is dearly missed everyday by everyone who knew him.
In his memory im taking on a challenge and taking part in a boxing match, to raise money for mental health charity Mind.I've battled my own demons everyday and know at first hand the lack of mental health services availible. Through money raised I hope to help people also battling their demons.

Mind’s aim is to make sure everyone experiencing a mental health problem receives support. The money that is donated through fundraising events is spent where the charity needs it most. For example this could be on campaigning for better mental health provisions or running mental health services.

Wales premium white collar boxing experience returns on 20th November 2021 with their fourth instalment. After 8 gruelling weeks our boxers will be jumping in the ring, all in aid of Cwm Taf Morgannwg Mind.
