Children's Health Foundation Crumlin and Temple Street raise vital funds to support the urgent and life-saving work that happens in both hospitals every minute of every day - from purchasing essential equipment and providing patient and parental supports, to funding ground-breaking paediatric research for the 300,000 children who pass through their doors each year.

How to Enter
To enter the draw to win a set of these limited edition jerseys, simply -
- Make a donation of €5 or more.

All emails received by Sunday, December 20th at 12 midnight will be included in the draw to win a family set of these money-can't-buy jerseys.
