Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit this page in memory of our mum.

Mary passed away peacefully on the 13th December 2011, in the early morning.God rest her soul.

Mum would say, "don't waste your money on flowers or cards" *(though woe betide us if we did not get her a card!!) and also be embarrassed by gifts or donations. However, we her family believe, from our experience of mums later years that any donation big or small is needed by Dementia Care to help all those experiencing the impact of dementia; either personally, as family members, or through being their carers.

Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure. Your details are safe with JustGiving – they’ll never sell them on or send unwanted emails. Once you donate, they’ll send your money directly to the charity and make sure Gift Aid is reclaimed on every eligible donation by a UK taxpayer. So it’s the most efficient way to donate - I raise more, whilst saving time and cutting costs for the charity.

So please, if you feel you can make a donation no matter how much in memory of our mum it will be hugely appreciated. Thank You on behalf of all her family.
