The Gulf Coast State College Foundation has established the Commodore Cupboard Food Pantry Fund to help the College assist students who are now facing sudden food insecurity due to crisis situations such as Hurricane Michael and now the COVID-19 pandemic. A students educational pursuits take a backseat when they are food insecure or unable to pay housing and other expenses. Many dont know the status of their employment and are facing economic hardship. For some students and their families, this is a life-altering crisis. The Foundation is invested in making sure that we can ease some of the burden on our students at this time so that they have the opportunity to continue their education. Please, if youre able, consider a gift to the Commodore Food Pantry Fund to help students now so that they can achieve their educational goals.
