My name is Freja and I am 9 years old. I am going to be challenging myself over a few months to raise money for Racing Welfare. And you never know, Dogzilla may join me for parts of it! 

I will be covering the distance between Aintree and Ascot racecourses by using the three triathlon disciplines. So that is 194 miles that I will cover either swimming, cycling or running. As the distance is so great - and I only have little legs - I will be starting mid -March (the cheeky Cheltenham cheat) - and finish Royal Ascot week so I have time to complete the challenge around being at school.

I hope lots of you can follow me on this journey and we can have as much fun as we have before. And NO I am not jumping any hurdles!!
