This is the charity set up by Sir Ed Hillary after his ascent of Everest, to 'put back' something for the Nepali people.  They support schools and health care and Tim is visiting some of them in April in his role as a trustee of the charity.  I have never been but Tim, Sam and Bill have all visited the Himalayas.  As I turn 60 I realise there are many places I won't see but that doesn't stop me wanting the Nepali children in remote areas to have some of the blessings of education and health which my own family enjoyed.
