Story

01.07.2020 - I am challenging myself to do 10,000 steps a day, every day in July for the 'Step for the NHS Challenge'. My challenge is to do 10,000 steps through purposeful exercise, every day.  I am raising funds for the Leeds Cares charity: https://leeds-cares.org/about-us/

04.07.2020 - I am beefing up my challenge by pledging no alcohol for July. I have donated my wine/gin money and increased my donations target!
