💚💛 Mary’s Heavenly 80th💚💛
We as a family wanted to do something to mark Moms/Nana O Connor’s 80th birthday on April 9th after her sudden passing in January. Mom loved occasions to celebrate, and was very much looking forward to her birthday this year 💔.
Homelessness was something that really tugged on her heart strings. She often thought and prayed for people, families and children who had to experience having no home. It made her very sad to think of people living on the streets in the depths of the cold winter and so she regularly donated to homeless charities all her life.
This year, in her memory, we have decided to put together a team to take part in the focus Ireland virtual marathon for the month of April. All funds raised go to helping families and children experiencing homelessness.
I know there’s a lot of fundraising going on for many many fantastic causes, but any contribution would be very grateful.
