As-salamu alaykum,

We are building a masjid in the Philippines in the Barangay Materling, Ungkaya Pukan Municipality where the community is 100% muslims. The community lacks sufficient resources to have an adequate prayer space and as such we plan to build a masjid for them.

A dedicated place to practice and share ones faith is so important but within Muslim communities in the developing world, they don’t always have this option. A mosque is the heart of any Islamic community, and you can gift this house of Allah (SWT) to those who have no place to congregate and pray with a simple act of Sadaqah Jariyah.

Whoever builds a Mosque for the sake of Allah (SWT), Allah (SWT) will build for him likewise in Paradise.
