As many of you may know it’s nearly a year since my beloved mum lost her battle to cancer so I’ve decided that I would mark this occasion by doing something that would have made her proud and raising some money for a charity that was close to her heart and that helped us massively towards the end of the journey. 

I’ll be taking part in the David Goggins 4x4x48 challenge this will consist of running 4 miles every 4 hours for 48 hours , so all in all 48 miles in 2 days.  This will be no easy task for myself but I know by getting donations to such a great cause I can push myself to complete it. 

All donations are greatly appreciated small or large and will all be given to the rowans hospice ! Rowans are a charity providing free care and support to adults in our community who have a life-limiting illness and their families.
