Mason was diagnosed with a rare liver disease Biliary Atresia at 6weeks old. At 11months old, Dom, Mason’s dad donated his left lateral segment of his Liver to save Mason’s life. This year Mason and Dom are taking part in 4 events each to raise money for King’s College Hospital Charity.

We are fundraising for the British Transplant Games Fund D2338. King’s runs the largest liver transplantation programme in Europe and carries out some 50 paediatric transplants per year.
King's Children's Transplant Team are children and young people who have had liver, small bowel, or multi organ transplants at King's College Hospital. The team takes part in The British Transplant Games each summer.
They are packed full of sports and social events for children and parents to meet other families who have had similar experiences and to celebrate life and organ donation.
Children can take part in events such as archery, obstacle race, ball throw, swimming, badminton, table tennis, or track & field. In 2022 the Games are being held in Leeds, from Thursday 28 July to Monday 1 August.
