I am helping my hospital to support staff wellbeing at this difficult time. All funds raised will go towards Mid & South Essex Hospitals Charity.

I am currently a West Ham Utd u15 academy player and during the lock down I am following the u18 training program to keep myself fit. What a great opportunity this is for me to also help the NHS front line workers who are putting their lives at risk to help others, whilst also continuing to stay in shape for when the lock down restrictions are relaxed and hopefully I can return to full training at the academy.
