Hi everyone! 

So, I've decided to strap myself to a complete stranger and jump out of an aeroplane flying at 15'000 feet in the air!

I've chosen to do this in support of a charity that I came across last year through a friend at the gym. Triumph Over Phobia specialize in helping people who suffer with phobias, obsessive compulsive disorders and a range of other anxiety related orders. As somebody who has struggled with their mental health at various times throughout life and has always openly spoken about it to help raise awareness for men suffering in silence I felt that it was time to raise the bar and do some fundraising. Myself and a few others will be taking part in the Skydive on the 23rd July 2022 over the skies of Salisbury!
