Having taking up cycling 9 months ago, I thought I would try to raise some money to help support with dementia care within The Royal Liverpool Hospital. Being the matron for the geriatric department at the hospital, and losing my Dad to dementia three years ago, the charity is a very close one to me.

I am cycling nearly 80 miles from Chester throughout Cheshire - riding up the hills in Helsby and Frodsham, passing through Delamere Forest, returning to Chester and passing through the Wirral countryside before riding through the Tunnel to finish at the festival village at Exchange Flags.

I would greatly appreciate any support you can give me.
