This year everyone in the Cremarc office is challenging themselves to do something physical in support of a chosen charity. I'm not a great one for long-distance running so I've decided to stand relatively still and let a stranger try and knock my block off!

There's a part of me that says I might be a little too old for this. As I'm approaching 50 you might call it a mid-life crisis, so it was this or a Porsche and I can't afford the Porsche.

There's lots we can do to help reduce our chances of getting cancer: stay fit, lose some weight, don't smoke, eat more fibre, drink less alcohol and avoid processed meat. Small changes can make a big difference.
