Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.  We all have our favourite charities but I hope you can spare a thought for LNWH Charity today.  

They have organised a virtual half marathon to take place throughout  October to raise funds for a number of projects.  

I'm running so you don't have to... although you probably should try to maintain your cardiovascular health too.  I'll be completing the distance over two or three outings but I'll post all my runs through the month.

One of the projects due to benefit from the money generated from this fundraising event is the elderly care wards' day room conversion. We want to turn a day room into a living room inspired by 1940s, 50s and 60s periods.
