Hi! My name is Tilly and I’m 10 years old.

When I was born, I came into the world very early – I was 8 weeks premature and had to stay in hospital for a long time. I was tiny, and I needed a lot of help from doctors and nurses to grow strong and healthy. It was a scary time for my family, but thanks to amazing care and support, I got better and now I’m a happy, strong 10-year-old!

Now, I want to help other babies like me.

That’s why my mum and I are raising money for Bliss, a brilliant charity that helps premature and sick babies and supports their families when they need it the most. Bliss works in hospitals, provides advice and comfort to parents, and fights for better care for babies all over the UK.

I was born in Hong Kong so my family and I didn’t benefit from this amazing charity, but I know how important it is.

To raise money, my mum and I are walking and cycling 75 miles throughout September. It might not be easy, but I’m doing it with all my heart – for all the tiny fighters like me out there.
