I'm Matt Aldred and I work as a BFA for MENCAP based in Manchester.I plan to cycle 130 miles on the 3-4 June visiting five offices in the North East region.Day 1 - Leave the York office at 10am and cycle the 55/60 miles to the Darlington Office. Day 2 - cycle to the Middlesbrough office from Darlington then onto the South Shields Office and then finishing at the Gateshead Office arriving hopefully before everyone has gone home and all the office lights are turned out .
